These terms cover your purchase and use of Writhere, a macOS app sold as a one-time licence. By buying or using Writhere you agree to them.
1. The licence
A single €99 payment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to run Writhere on the number of devices shown in your dashboard. There is no subscription and no recurring charge — the price is the price, and it keeps working for as long as your Mac does.
2. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe, not by us — we never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in EUR and include any tax Stripe is required to collect for your location.
3. Right of withdrawal & refunds
Writhere is digital content delivered immediately on purchase. Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply once download has started with your consent and acknowledgement that you lose that right. If Writhere doesn’t work on your Mac, contact as.scirica@gmail.com — we handle real problems case by case, at our discretion.
4. Your license key
The key issued in your dashboard is unique to your account and not for sharing or resale. We may revoke a key used in breach of these terms.
5. No warranty, limited liability
Writhere is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Writhere is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
6. Changes
We’ll update this page when these terms change and revise the “last updated” date above.
